Se compili il modulo raccogliamo i dati che inserisci: nome, email, telefono (facoltativo), modello dell'imbarcazione o luogo (facoltativo), tipo di lavoro e messaggio. Li usiamo solo per risponderti e, se lo chiedi, preparare un preventivo.

Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Non usiamo questi dati per identificarti né per profilarti.
I dati delle richieste di contatto sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestirle e comunque non oltre 24 mesi dall'ultimo contatto. Se la richiesta porta a un lavoro, i dati necessari alla fatturazione sono conservati per 10 anni, come richiesto dalla normativa fiscale. I dati di navigazione sono conservati dal fornitore di hosting per il periodo previsto dai suoi termini di servizio.
I dati sono trattati dal titolare e dai suoi collaboratori. Il sito è ospitato in Italia da Aruba S.p.A., che agisce come responsabile del trattamento. Le richieste inviate con il modulo ci arrivano per email sulla casella tappezzeriavoto@gmail.com, gestita da Google Ireland Ltd.; un eventuale trasferimento di dati verso gli Stati Uniti avviene con le garanzie previste dagli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework o clausole contrattuali standard). Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a terzi per fini commerciali.

If you fill in the form we collect what you enter: name, email, phone (optional), boat model or location (optional), type of job and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we process your number or address and the content of your messages (including any photos) for the same purposes and on the same legal basis. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., which processes data under its own policy.
Like any website, our hosting provider's servers automatically log some technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify or profile you.
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact. If a request leads to a job, the data needed for invoicing is kept for 10 years as required by tax law. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the period set in its terms of service.
Data is processed by the controller and its staff. The website is hosted in Italy by Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor. Contact form requests reach us by email at tappezzeriavoto@gmail.com, a mailbox provided by Google Ireland Ltd.; any transfer of data to the United States is covered by the safeguards of Art. 44 et seq. GDPR (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics or advertising tools, and sets no third‑party cookies. That is why we do not ask for your consent.
The only information stored on your device is your language choice (Italian or English), kept in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time. It is a technical tool, needed for the service you asked for, and does not require consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.
Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own website. Links to Facebook, Instagram, Google and WhatsApp are plain links: these services only receive your data if you open them, and their own policies apply from then on.
